Great location, conveniently close to major attractions and easily accessible by taxi. The staff, especially the receptionist, was extremely helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my experience. the pool was not in operation without any prior notice, forcing me to travel to another hotel to use their pool.

On-site restaurant Belgian Beer Cafe was a bonus, had dinner there. Even though the bed in our room was dirty, we loved the hotel.

Highly unacceptable behavior by the staff (Night Shift), require long and heated argument to get Online specified details. Highly unsatisfactory room facilities (Dirty Windows, unhygienic bathroom, one toilet for 7 people, only one TV, horrible very old and cheap beds with springs hurting from all sides)

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Dubai. the location was fantastic - it was relatively close to everything I needed and just a short walk from the metro station. This made getting around the city so convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests I had. Additionally, the rooms were in good condition and equipped with all the facilities I needed, including a balcony. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

My stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't fault anything.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location near public transportation. The staff was welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, and our room was spotless. We appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

Some amenities were lacking, and there were some noise issues. We were disappointed that some amenities, such as a pool or shuttle service, were not available.

The 2 bed apartments are spacious and very well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location for ease of access into the more commercial areas of Dubai is excellent.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, being within walking distance to the Marina area and close to both the Mall of the Emirates and the Metro. The staff provide excellent service and the rooms are in good condition with all the facilities needed, including balconies. Additionally, the breakfast provided is a plus.

Maintenace of the appartments and facility is poor. The swimmingpool was broken, lightbulbs not working and othersmall things. On the other hand we could use the swimming pool of a hotel of the same company. Only one wine glass available, we asked every day for some more but it never arrived.
